Being a PA in Philadelphia/Pennsylvania

I am currently planning on attending a PA school by Philadelphia.. I chose this school for the urban aspects and being able to see wide range of pathologies and such; but I got a bit worried seeing some posts about how being a PA in Pennsylvania isn’t the best when compared to other states.

I am from the midwest currently so it’s definitely different but.. I’m not sure if I want to stay in the Phily/Pennslyvania area after PA school but trying to think ahead a little. Anyone have some insights/opinions about attending PA school/being a PA in/near Phily/Pennsylvania? or other states?
