Need help before I seek professional help for restoration!

Hey everyone! I've got this gorgeous upright Louis Renner piano from 1921 I think? (Which Steinway bought out since 2019). Its been in my family since it was bought new back then! However the last 5 years it's become unplayable due to the mechanics! Before I seek professional help I thought I could get some advice as what needs to be done? I've included the photos. Most of the keys will not fall back into place when played. The hammer rail also does not fall back down into place on some keys when played. Could this be the springs? It's had heavy use over the generations. Is such a condition restorable? Advice and help is greatly appreciated 🙏
