Need advice on taking out staple bar anti eyebrow piercing for my girlfriend

My girlfriend is really upset at the moment because her anti eyebrow (surface piercing ) is rejecting like she has a hole in the middle and the bar is visible in the middle of her piercing between the the two metal dots and she wants to take it out but she’s having a hard time taking it out mind you it’s a flat bar it’s just the bar that’s making her have a hard time to take it out can anyone tell me how I could get it out ??? I really need help right now happy wife happy life
