Her name is Voodoo and she needs help

I moved her to the door to give her more indirect light. It's winter so their is less daylight.

I have a pitcher plant, and give that some indoor grow light action for about 4-5 hours a day. She is catching some residual.

Voodoo gets watered about 2x a week. I often see her going through guttation.

Not quite sure if she needs more nutrients or what, any idea?
