How to normalise audio after exporting

Hey all,

So I've just exported my project and the levels are a bit up and down at parts and I find many listeners complain about the volume being too low, but if I boost the gain in Premiere Pro it blows the quality out and sounds shitty.

Is there a way to boost/normalise the audio after it's exported? Any advice is appreciated!
