Anyone suffered tennis elbow from pole?
I was recently diagnosed with tennis elbow and have to take a step back from pole practice and classes. Did anyone have the same condition while doing pole and how long did it take for you to recover? Did you have a relapse after coming back to pole?
Any stretching/strength tips to improve recovery? My physio recommended some fascia release with a spikey ball so far on my tricep tendons and front extensor forearm muscle.
