Do most people just have doodles?

Most spoos I see are definitely taller than 24 inches.

My boy is 7-8mos and is 27 inches from ground to head, and ~20 inches from ground to shoulder. My boy is also significantly smaller than most spoos I see in the wild.

so do most people have doodles or are current spoo specifications faulty?
