Abdominal Abscess under belly button.
I’m not sure what caused it, but my only guess would be was when I was a baby fresh out the womb, when they cut my umbilical cord, they had to leave a lot of cord due to many complications I was having right out the gates. So I like to think maybe it just finally caught up to me? Anyways 21 years of age, everything had been normal except one morning my belly button hurt really bad, like even wearing a shirt was absolutely hurting it. It was very strange and it SUCKED. I went in to get it checked, and they found out I need surgery for it to get it drained and removed. Never got to see it when it was all out of me, apparently it was a golf ball sized abdominal abscess. Anyways this is what’s left of my uh “Belly button” 🤣 they left it as an open wound, meaning i had to stuff it with gauze every day and take out the old gauze and put new in. I felt like I was in war having to do all that. Anyone else missing a belly button? 🤣
