Discouraged at progress

Trying to give grace and have patience, but am feeling frustrated. I’m about 4 months PP, had to stop breastfeeding about a month ago. During that month I’ve been doing intermittent fasting, watching what I eat, focusing on protein, and exercising 5 days a week. The scale has not budged an inch. I’m 15 pounds away from pre-pregnancy weight, and I feel it. I’m wondering if my hormones are still haven’t balanced post-breastfeeding? I hand expressed yesterday and am still producing some.

Is there anything I can do to help actually help? I’m not asking for everything to disappear at once, but for no weight at all to have come off after all this hard work is so discouraging.
