2019 6.7 - I can hear my turbo, why?

Stock f350, 155000 miles. Used to be a fleet truck so I think it’s way detuned. Noticing now that I can hear the turbo whistling at low speeds 25 mph or less.

Will I get a check engine light if I have a bad turbo or is this my indicator?
