has anybody successfully breastfed after having removed healed nipple piercing scars?

I had nipple piercings for 5 years. I took my piercings out about a month before I conceived because I was just over them (foreshadowing maybe?? Lmao) anyways.. my nipples have weird scars on the sides of them. I’ve read that scar tissue can cause blockages. I’m not really sure where to go to, I’d love to try to breastfeed, but if I can’t, I just want my baby fed regardless. I’m 8 weeks pregnant, how far along should you be to get it checked out to make sure you don’t have thick scarring inside?
