Had my anatomy scan, wanted to share my experience

I wanted to share this, because I'm sure there are others like me, who are nervous FTM that just want to make sure everything is okay.
I was anxious about it because of some of the stories I've read about something going wrong.
I arrived like normal, unfortunately my partner had to wait in the waiting room while they performed the scan.
It took about a half an hour, and I was lucky enough that baby was moving enough for the technician to get all the photos that she needed. We didn't find out the gender because we want to wait for delivery.
The technician was respectful of this, as I had informed her right as I entered the room. She used gender-neutral terms, or "baby". The only unfortunate part was I had to wait to use the bathroom until after the test, though I didn't find it as bad as my scans during my first trimester.
I also want to mention that I'm in Canada, so some people might have slightly different experiences. But I'm glad to say that it went well, but I won't find out details until tomorrow when I have my first appointment with my OB, who I believe will give me more details about the scan.
