How to stop sleeping so much

I sleep an average of 9 hours 30 mins a day. Yes I work, do chores, hobbies, etc. I’m not overdoing it I think? I just don’t understand why I’m always tired and sleep so much.

I’ll add I do consistently workout at least twice a week ish. I’m also watching what I eat. Not on some insane diet or anything just trying to be healthy overall. Any advice?
