Any free tool suggestions for Architecture project management?

Hi all, I am in search for a free project management tool that can sort out multiple architecture projects.

So I manage multiple projects, each project would have different clients and consultants. I want to label those consultants clearly, and also have the ability to set notes of their progression and issues (eg, civil engineer waiting on surveyor).

I've tested widely-used software such as Monday, but it appears to have a more 'timeline' approach. It allows assigning responsibilities but lacks the ability to include additional notes. It's possible that I've selected the wrong template, but the available features don't align with my specific needs. It seems to prioritize 'team management' rather than facilitating multiple project management.

I want more of a vertical type of project management, rather than a horizontal excel style view.

For example:

Project 1:

ZONE: 1

WIND ZONE: 2

CLIENT: Frank

NOTE: Project close to sea. Client wants fancy design.

Consultants:

- Civil : Bob NOTE: On Holiday

- Traffic : James NOTE: In progress

- Surveyor : Tom NOTE: Completed

....

TO DO: update drawings...

Thank you all for your time
