Anybody know what plant this is/can it prop?

I work in a long term care nursing center and I occasionally prop from my residents plants when they become overgrown or the person moves on. I tried doing a Google lens search for it and I was getting mixed results for what kind of plant it is let alone if it'll propagate. Thanks for any advice 🤗
