How to fire a maid?

She is working for us from last 8 months. Although I don’t have a strong enough reason to fire her but got a little annoyed with her doings lately.

Here are some of the reasons for it:

1. She became little non punctual after taking couple more houses for service.
2. She is asking for advance salary and even more like 20k to pay her children’s school fees
3. She started taking more leaves saying someone from his family is in hospital. I don’t know how much of that is true but it looks like an excuse to me.
4. She keeps talking to her mother on phone loudly and bitch about her husband and in-laws. Though I don’t understand her native language fully but still sounds irritating and spills negativity around me.

She does try to compensate with extra work sometimes. I don’t know what to do about it. What would you do in similar situation?
