Gifted My First Quilt Today

This is the Toadstool Quilt by Helen Phillips Designs on Etsy. I made this for friends expecting their first baby.

I have a reasonable amount of sewing experience but I’d never made a quilt before and definitely learnt a lot! “Perfect is the enemy of finished” definitely became a mantra but I’m very happy with the end product and, most importantly, so were the recipients.
