PSSD - possible from kratom?

Can kratom cause a long term/permanent reduction in libido and sexual function like SSRIs? Ever since I've started kratom at 18 I've noticed my sexual function decreasing as time progressed. Currently I suffer from very low libido. I still can get erections and I still have sensitivity but I have no urge to watch porn or look at women as I used to in my teenage years and earlier 20s. I'm only 24 right now. I have fully quit kratom 3-4 months ago and sexual function has not returned to normal levels.
