Today is the day I quit for good

I dont feel more strong or motivated than the other times I tried, I don’t really want to quit, but why not today? I hope I won’t have too many side effects, after how many days it gets better? And also: I don’t really know what to do when I want to smoke. It’s like I need “something” , but mentally not physically. Do you have any good suggestion for this feeling? Thank you in advance 💖
