Upgrading to a 9070 xt from a 4070 ti.....advice needed.

Okay.....I've seen and read enough to make the switch from Nvidia to Radeon and I will be taking the plunge on a 9070 xt if I can get my hands on one. Besides I could probably offset much of the cost by selling the 4070 ti.

I've also recently purchased a 4k OLED and the 4070 Ti is struggling on a few games so I think it's a no brainer.

I admit I've had Nvidia GPUs since I started PC gaming years ago. So, I'd like to ask the community.....is there a certain brand of GPU I should be looking at when it comes to the 9070 xt. Also...is there anything else in my rig I should look at upgrading to compliment the GPU? My CPU is a Intel Core i5-13600KF....I didn't plan on upgrading my CPU but will to avoid bottlenecking.
