What is your excuse to play RDR2 again and again?

I have beaten the game for third times. Now i'm looking for the 4th gameplay. I know i will enjoy and have fun again but i wanted to ask for any advice for making it more worth-playing. Any mods or idk, something that i can do for a different gameplay than the others.
