Couple of post-game questions

Is there anything that becomes locked for me once I start in the post-game? Like stuff that Arthur can do that John can’t?

And is there a reason to go high honor other than personal morals? During the story I stayed high honor the whole way because it was during the story, but now it’s just the open world with only exploration on the mind
