How Fucking Stupid Do You Have to Be to Think Anyone Legally Present in the US Isn't Protected By The Constitution or Due Process

The girls are really stretching their idiot little brains on the Mahmoud Khalil thing. At least they were able to articulate just why it's so alarming to so many, but then the hemming and hawing about whether or not someone is actually allowed due process when they're not yet a citizen or awaiting green card? Just foolish behavior. Everyone in the US has consitutional protections, everyone has a right to due process, regardless of citizenship. It's so bananas hearing the girls try and paint some grey nuance over what's a pretty fucking stark example of authoritarian overreach.
