Did they remove some episodes and the movie off Hulu?

I've been trying to find the movie and Skips VS Technology because I wanted to watch some Regular Show stuff with Techmo in it since he's my favorite character. I can't find either of them anywhere and I'm really confused, and ideas? Please and thanks in advance :D
