RLC-823S2, PTZ functionality in Snow/Ice/Winter

I'm strongly considering getting a RLC-823S2. I live in Windsor, Ontario, Canada, just across the border from Detroit, MI. Snow/ICE are definitely a thing, but nowhere near as harsh as the rest of Canada.

My question is, how well do PTZ cameras such as the RLC-823S2 function in winter conditions? Specifically snow and ice. Will snow/ice damage and/or burn out the motors that power the pan/tilt functionality of this camera?
