Revanced Google Photos

I'm starting with revanced. Sorry if this has been already been answered. I just downloaded Google photos, for unlimited space before I had 100Gb, should now remove the original app or keep both? Also about displaying photos on google hub max. Should I keep the Google One subscription or I can quit and save some money? Thanks
