Riot Client is not opening (even if open by administration)

Idk if its the cause but last tuesday, i changed passwords for my riot account and proceeded to logged out of all devices and all. after that I closed the Riot Client, but since then i havent been able to open both Valorant and the Riot Client. what can i do to fix it?
