Rustle 0.0.2-alpha prerelease

Hi there! We've made some progress on Rustle, which is a Svelte compiler rewritten in ... you guessed it - Go! ^{Just kidding it's in Rust :D}

There's still a lot of work to be done and I've really got to thank lihautan for his video Build your own Svelte and his subsequent videos on how the Svelte compiler works. I also want to thank all the current and future contributors for their help on this project, it's been quite fun!
