9800x3d vs 7800x3d vs 7600x3d or another option?

Prices in my region right now:

9800x3d = €550 7800x3d = €480 7600x3d = €340 9700X = €350 7700X = €315

I’ll mainly be gaming in 1440p with a 9000 series gpu aswell as using some engineering programs for college.

In the build I have currently a 7800x3d pushes me right to my budget but I guess I could try and squeeze some more for a 9800x3d if it’s worth it. I also posted some prices of chips abit weaker in case someone brings up a point how they would be more worth it overall.

As for gaming I already mentioned I’ll be playing in 1440p but specifically want to get 240fps on competitive settings in comp shooters like apex and val and still want to get good performance in rpgs.
