Does anyone know what this product is?

I had found one of these at a local store, and passed on buying it originally but am trying to find them again, as I they didn’t have any more when I went back, and I’m not sure what they are called- I tried reverse image searching and only found Aliexpress listings… does anyone know what company these are made by/ what the products are called or where I could buy? Thanks!!
