My mother recovered from psychosis ?

My mother has schizophrenia since 10 years but she lives in a good social set up. The disease was left untreated due to unawareness. I started my mother on medication around 2022 but she was not regular at it and left it after sometime. Finally in April 2024 I put my mother on medication again as she was severely ill. She strictly followed the medicine for 6 months and abruptly ended it one day. It’s been more than 2 months since she is not taking any medication. I have never seen her this good in last 10 years. She seems totally fine, happy, functional and social. Has she recovered ? Or it’s gonna relapse ?
