Did I make a mistake by sleeping with him?

At the company party (I’m 25F), a coworker, 22M years old, was flirting with me a lot. He was drunk but kept inviting me to slow dance. Later, he wrote to me on Instagram, apologizing for any inconvenience. Two or three days later, we went to the movies together, and I liked him. On our second date, we played PlayStation together, and we kept meeting at work since we’re on the same shift.

However, he admitted that he didn’t want a relationship because he had ended a long six-year relationship just three months ago. On our next “meeting,” we ended up having sex. After that, he started canceling plans, although we continued playing games together on Discord.

The last time we talked, he took a long time to reply to my messages. When I suggested we watch anime together, he began to distance himself and said, “Sorry, but I watch that alone or with a girlfriend. I’m sorry, I feel awkward about this.”

Maybe I made a mistake when I slept with him. Could he have changed his mind if I hadn’t? I suggested we stay friends, and now he occasionally talks to me at work (rarely) but doesn’t message me at all. I feel really sad and don’t know what to do. At work, he walks around smiling and not bothered…
