what's one thing that inspires you that you "can't" do but have immense respect for others who can?

I know this sub is on self-improvement and generally where there's a will there's a way. I'm of the opinion that we all have our strengths and weaknesses, and sometimes balancing confidence with humility is important.

For example, since my early teens, I've been athletic and could run long-distance for most of my life (until recently). But once I tried traditional dance classes as an adult in my mid 30s and I couldn't feel any of my body the next day. To get to the level of a lifelong dancer seems impossible at this stage, but that's ok! I have my strengths in other areas, and I have nothing but great respect for serious dancers who exhibit grace and power.

As for my current self-improvement, I'm working on building consistency in waking and sleeping at set times, and exercising for my overall health (mental and physical). Hope we can all find something that we love to do, whether or not we're "good" at it. And improve at it too!

And if you feel I could be wrapping my head around this differently pls chime in. :)
