Unjust chargebacks

Hi guys,

I'm still struggling to deal with chargeback that I feel are ungenuine. We've recently been stung by someone placing multiple orders and then doing a chargeback on the orders - reason being fraud. It frustrates me so much that we are potentially getting hit for all these orders to the same person on COGs, shipping, they are getting the product for free.... and on TOP of that a chargeback fee on each order!! it makes absolutely no sense why we have to pay the chargeback fee on fraudulent orders. Lets say the customer was genuine and they had actually lost their card and someone had used their details to place the orders (which I highly doubt).... how do we as the seller get punished and have to pay a fee when its literally no fault of us??
