Best Racing Sim Cockpit with Adjustable TV Stand and room for both Hand break and pedal shifter?

Hello, so I’m new to Sim racing and I’m looking for a SIM racing cockpit that has an adjustable TV stand meaning I can bring the TV closer or further away from me as well as room for both the handbrake and the pedal so far the only two in my price range that I can find are these ones listed below.
