weird blue-ish green-ish dot in my arm??

i wasn’t born with the mark on my arm but around the 5th grade it suddenly appeared and i thought i had just accidentally gotten marker on myself but it never went away and i was just wondering what it was and if i should worry. i ask during a appointment to get shots and the doctor said it was probably a mole but i just wanna confirm.
