How to make skyrim prettier on low end graphics?

For context, I have a Ryzen 5 5600 G processor and with the integrated graphics Skyrim runs pretty well at max but I've since learned that stuff like Community Shaders or even Skyland in 2k are not for me since the game chugged at 15 fps.

Is there any advice on making the game look prettier on an old card like mine? I don't even care about making it look modern, by this point I just want to make the vibes a bit more high fantasy (think Oblivion).
