Mods that use stamina when blocking

this is not the first time ppl ask abt this. believe me i try them all. either the mod author abandon project or its not working at all. i mean seriously imagine. Dragonborn holding BIG HEAVY DAEDRIC SHIELD, died because blocking iron arrow from lv 20 bandit, that arrow dont even hit the player. i just hope someone could point me to simple mod that allow me to "use stamina to block" just like darksouls or Monster hunter series
