Sky stream

Hi all, I’m looking at joining sky stream and I’m just wondering something about the lack of recording.

I know you can use the playlist feature but say for example I wanted to watch a F1 race or any sport event not live. Either after it’s finished or watch it from the start whilst it is on, could I do that?
