Any tips highly appreciated!
My LO is 7 months old, we don't have a strict on the clock schedule as she mostly take 30 minutes naps, sometimes an hour long, and rarely 2 hours.
We mostly go by 2/2.30/3/4 (last nap is always a catnap 10-20 minutes) I wake her up to catch bedtime.
But we have days when she only takes 2 naps which goes like 2/3/4.
But either way we still have frequent night wakings (every 1.5-2 hours) sometimes 3, and would rarely stretch to 5.
We had a couple nights where she did 7 and 9 hour stretches, so she is capable of doing that clearly, but I haven't found any pattern to follow, those nights were the same as the nights before and after.
She is sleep and nap trained, sometimes would fight naps and neep help falling asleep (nursing) but that is at most once per day.
I'm not comfortable with moving her to a different room just yet, she sleeps in our room in her own crib, at 8-8:30 pm, and I follow her at around 11-12, if that matters.
ETA: Last night, she woke up at 3 am for a feed and didn't go back to sleep until 5 am, so it is getting much worse! And no teeth in sight, so I don't think that's the case.
I'm very sleep deprived. I daydream of getting run over so I could get a few days of sleep, so I REALLY need help fixing this.
