Meccha Japan orders

So a while ago I pre-ordered the new sanei sonic plushies and I got the email sent saying they were shipped. I can see the tracking info for one of the orders but for the other it isn’t showing me the tracking status. Is this happening to anyone else? Someone pls lmk what I can do because I’m getting a tad bit worried :(
