FanDuel and draftkings keep asking to download geo plugin, even though it is installed

I bought a new Mac and I keep getting an error to download the plugin even though it is already installed. I remember there was something that had to be done in the wifi settings to make it work, but not sure what it was. Can anyone help me out?
