STALKER 2 Random Near Death Body Blows

This is my first time playing any S.T.A.L.K.E.R. game and although the bugs have been frustrating I still get drawn back into playing it. I stopped for a while when being in possession of the Weird Bolt caused the game to crash whenever there was an emission but got back to it when they patched that problem.

Recently I have been experiencing having my character get randomly knocked backwards while running, it takes my health down to less than a quarter of the health bar. If I don't heal and just start running again I usually get hit by another of theses same blows.

There is no threat indicator on the HUD and no enemies in the area, it happens at times in wide open areas. After the patch for the Weird Bolt came out things seemed fine but I stashed it in my locker anyway. I have acquired the Weird Water artifact since then and carry it with me but only use it when I get too much weight to run.

I was wondering if anyone else has been experiencing this or if someone might know the cause of it?
