Matcha that’s closest to Starbucks? Also tips for making it

I’ve tried a few options from the store but most of them seemed unbelievably pre-sweetened. I know that Starbucks uses a lot of sweeteners standard, but I usually ask for much less than normal.

Also, to baristas: how do you guys make the matcha there? What’s the process? Maybe I’ve got that wrong
