Partner Hours Issues
Hi guys! I'm curious if anyone else has this issue and might have some insight...my SM wasn't able to figure it out so it's just been shrugged off.
I started last year so I only have Workjam and access partner hours through that. It will occasionally not let me offer up shifts, it won't work through my phone, laptop or store computer. For a while I was able to get it to work if I deleted the app, installed it again and then the option to offer them again would appear. Now that method has stopped working and I'm not able to offer anything up.
It's really frustrating and makes me wonder if the shifts that I am able to offer are even showing up for others.
