RMC for supply or die not registering

I managed to do a couple of successful runs of construction materials to Ruin station and I've already stored a bunch of RMC in my personal hanger there already. But whenever I take a mission to deliver goods to there I bring up construction and RMC and send them back down, the construction materials count towards the mission but the RMC does not. I have to go out and get fresh ones in my vulture.

Does anyone have a work around for this?
