"retrofit" mission

I am having a problem with this mission.. I cannot seem to find the prerequisite missions or I screwed up a mission chain... Scopely is useless... I have been banging my head using Lcars to resolve it too.... I did the "lessons of the past" mission which the preceding one to "retrofit"... All help is welcome
