Wasn't aware of Delusion mechanics, after 16 hours, should I restart?

Well it's just as the title says, I started reading Chaos;Head Noah, on Steam, and whenever the were parts of choosing if you would give Nishijo a good or bad delusion I just always never picked any of them, because I didn't know it was a thing. I only saw it when I saw a review of the next game that it was possible.

I'm 16-17 hours in, and only realized that. I'm like in the beginning of chapter 7, so I'm wondering, know that now should I restart the game from the start or finish it as I did? Because I've made one red choice and I found it so interesting, that I really wonder what did I missed.
