Help please

Hi guys. Honestly i’m just really worried about what to do. I have done pathoma really well, watched micro sketchy, and frequently went through first aid. My baseline nbme was 44% which was in January.

After that I stared uworld, i’m done with 63%. Some uworld questions go so well some I just don’t understand, and most i feel like these concepts i have seen the first time. My uworld per block is 40/50%, but some spike to 60, once it was 85%. I honestly don’t know know what else to do. My exam is on the 20th March. I honestly don’t know what to do anymore. I’m just mentally exhausted i am studying consistently since Nov everyday. Please guys help. What else should I do?
