Survived my first beach trip sober

Today I am on day 15 of being sober and we are driving back from a beach trip in which I did not drink at all. We went with our best friends and I ended up finding out they had a bet if I would cave or not. Happy to say my friend who knew I would not drink won the bet. I was present for all the moments with my children and able to put them to bed every night. I had a few moments of reeeaaalllllyyyyy wanting a drink but I pushed through.
